My personal favorite is "Lavatory - Lovestory". Very heart warming and funny. I was able to really get attached to her character and feel for her. It was brilliant and so simply animated. I did really like the animation for Oktapodi though too.

I wish I could read the sign at the end of Lovestory. The animation for it was really neat. This Way Up looks bizarre.
